FIELD TO TABLE CATERING

 

 

Field to Table Catering creates healthy, seasonal foods for local community organizations, events and some private  functions.

FTT Catering sells its trademark healthy, seasonal menu to local community organizations, events and some private functions. It aims to demonstrate the delicious possibilities for nutritious food in a way that people will believe- through their own senses.

All the food that is cooked at our Field to Table Kitchen reflects our values: our commitment to healthy eating, to the environment and to local farmers. With its balance of aesthetics and nutrition and emphasis on low-fat and vegetarian options, our menu puts into practice our belief that "eating healthy" can be the same as eating well.

Menu selections shift with the seasons so as to emphasize locally-grown produce. This means you enjoy the freshest, most nutritious food, as well as the knowledge that your food choices are supporting a viable and environmentally sustainable local agricultural economy.

FTT Catering is also an integral part of FoodShare's training, employment and education focus. Our catering coordinator is a graduate of the first Focus on Food training program. Successive groups of Focus on Food participants have learned about nutrition and gained cooking skills through working with FTT Catering.
