Egg Salad
3 dozen Eggs
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Red peppers
½ cup Celery
½ tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Place eggs in cold water. Bring eggs to a boil and when beginning
to boil, time for 10 minutes, exactly! This will ensure that your
eggs are yellow and white inside and not grey.
When 10 minutes are up, drain and fill with cold water. Let eggs
cool in water. Peel eggs then use a pastry cutter to chop. Do not
mash. Mix the remaining ingredients lightly into eggs.
