Quick Macaroni & Cheese for 30

Macaroni

Grated Cheese (cheddar – Halal if necessary)

Macaroni
· Bring 7 litres of water to boil, add macaroni when boiling
· Cook 7 to 10 minutes until soften, stirring often
· Drain and set aside

Cheese Sauce
· While macaroni is cooking, melt margarine in large saucepan
· Stir in flour and mustard
· Add milk slowly, cook at medium heat, stirring all the time
· Cook until the mixture boils and thickens
· Turn stove to low heat, add cheese and stir until smooth

Pour cheese sauce over macaroni, mix gently. If making ahead of time, this mixture can be placed in an oven proof pan and reheated in the oven at 350 degrees for ½ an hour or can be reheated on the stove at a low temperature.
